Terms of Service
1. License
Tweakr is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use Tweakr on your Windows device for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key.
2. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumvention of technical protections.
- No redistribution of the software or bundled assets.
- No use in violation of applicable laws or third‑party terms.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Taxes may apply based on your location. Access to the product is granted after successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if Tweakr does not work in any way on your system and you have contacted support within that period to allow us to troubleshoot.
- Eligibility requires following reasonable troubleshooting steps and providing requested logs or details.
- Refunds are issued only after support reviews your case and confirms the software cannot be made to work on your system.
- Refunds are not granted for change of mind, misuse, unsupported systems, or issues caused by third‑party modifications outside Tweakr.
To start a refund request, contact us via Discord or email. If support accepts the request, we will process the refund back to the original payment method.
5. Updates
We may provide updates that improve performance or security. Updates may modify features. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of changes.
6. Disclaimer
Tweakr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You use the software at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific FPS or latency results on every system.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
